Help - Account Information

Here you view general information about your account. An account represents a business. A business can have multiple accounts based on its operational requirements. One administrator is assigned to manage the account. The account administrator can create users, who will be entitled to manage campaigns within the account.

Account Information has the following sections:
User & Contact Information: This section helps you manage your contact details such as name, phone numbers, messenger and mailing address. This information is used for general information and for contacting you about account issues.
Company Information: This section helps you manage your company details such as company name, phone numbers and mailing address. This information is used for billing and for contacting you about account issues.

We highly recommend you to update your account information to help us serve you better.

To edit your account information, follow the below steps

  • Log in to your account from www.inmobi.com
  • Click the Account tab
  • Click Account Information
  • Make the desired edits, and click Submit.
