What types of inventory can I monetize as a publisher?
As a publisher you can monetize by advertising on WAP/Mobile Web or within your Iphone/Android/iPad Apps. You can do this by registering your wapsite and/or apps at www.inmobi.com
What are the different ways of integration? (web/apps)
InMobi’s provides multiple comprehensive integrations methods for publishers to integrate easily with our Ad network.
Following are the guidelines for the publisher Integration:
Basic and Advanced ad codes are available in our self serve web UI. Login with your credentials. Click on the link My Sites/Apps Link in the navigational links. Click on the particular site to retrieve the ad code. Please find below the table which has various methods to integrate with us -

1. Basic Code – Deploying the Basic code is the easiest option to integrate with us. Copy the customized code snippet and paste it in the body of your source code.For more details, please refer the Integration Manual which is available in the Self Serve UI.
Note: Basic Ad code can be used to retrieve one ad for every page request
2. Advanced Code – Advanced ad code facilitates serving upto 3 ads for every page request and also helps us in serving most relevant ads based on Demographic Information. You can share the demographic details for better monetization. Integration manual covers the list of demographic details and the values.

Does inmobi have SDK support for Apps?
Yes, InMobi provides SDK support for Apps (iphone and Android Only)
How do I Integrate my Iphone App?
Choose the iPhone App from the drop down and complete the form. Please enter the bundle id assigned by Apple and the valid iTunes App URL. The link to download the SDK is available once you complete the App registration.
If your app is under development, please enter the Bundle id and the App name.
Note: Please continue integrating the Site/App id with your App. Live ads will be served once your site is approved by InMobi Administrator. Test ads will be served for the Incomplete & Pending status.
I am an App developer, my App is still under development. Can I register my app, integrate and test it?
Yes, you can register/integrate/test your App with InMobi even if your App is still under development.

Note: You can also retrieve their Site/App id by registering your app in the self serve UI. You need not change the Site/App id for the app under development and you can use the same Site/App id for App submission.
How do I Integrate my Android App?
Choose the Android App from the drop down and complete the form. Please enter the package name assigned by Google and fill up the App URL, App Name & short description. The link to download the SDK is available once you complete the App registration.
If your app is under development, please enter the package name and the App name.
Note: Please continue integrating the Site/App id with your App. Live ads will be served once your site is approved by InMobi Administrator. Test ads will be served for the Incomplete and Pending status.
Can I use InMobi with 3rd party Aggregator platforms and how?
We can use InMobi with a 3rd party aggregator platforms and it is done through API integration.
API Based Integration -
1. API based integration help you collaborate quickly between your application, platforms and technologies to insert ads in your WAP Sites, iPhone, iPad and Android applications.
2. Efficiently manage multiple platforms through one API. You could use our API to integrate, Mobile Web, iPhone, iPad & Android Applications.
3. Developers can jump-start their work with samples provided for all platforms for making the Ad Requests and how to handle the Ad Response.
4. Our API supports standard POST method for making the ad request and XML response will help speed up the application development.
What is World Developer Fund and who all can be a part of it?
It’s an investment in our future together. The money will be used to increase your mobile advertising application revenue stream and introduce you to the world’s largest independent mobile ad network. We will offer you 100% revenue share (e.g. you keep all the money!) on all your mobile advertising until the $2 million fund is gone. Bottom line, once you’re with us, we believe you’ll stay and appreciate the global scale and financial stability we provide – so much so that we are willing to bet $2 million on it!
Today they’re announcing a $2 million world developer fund to encourage application developers to use InMobi for in-app advertising. Developers on Android, iPhone and iPad are eligible.
Here’s how it works: first come first serve. Sign up for the program and add InMobi via their SDKs. InMobi usually keeps 40% of gross advertising revenue, and 60% goes to the developer. But during this program developers get to keep 100% of the advertising revenue, and InMobi’s 40% comes out from the $2 million. Once that $2 million is gone the normal split applies. I am a Blackberry App Developer. Can I integrate with Inmobi?
Currently we don’t have a SDK for Blackberry Apps.We can still register Blackberry Apps as normal Blackberry WAP site.
What are the reporting tools and API’s that are available for publisher? How often do they get updated/refreshed?
Publisher can view the dashboard once they login to their account. Click on Reports and Analytics link which is located on the left side of the page.You can change the date and view the reports.
Note – The reports gets updated/refreshed hourly
