Congratulations on choosing InMobi! Now that you have logged in, you need to register your WAP site and implement the InMobi ad code on your site to enable us to start serving the ads. You can register any number of sites with us.
Preferred ad format allows you to specify what types of ads you want served on your site. Site category allows you to specify the classification that fits your site best. Since advertisers target their ads based on the site category, please ensure that you provide accurate information here.
Once you have registered the site, you need to copy the code snippet in your preferred language and paste it on all the pages of your site where you want the ads to be served.
To summarize the steps in the monetization process:
1. Enter site details and register the site.
2. Choose the appropriate ad code for your site and implement the ad code on your web pages.
3. Create and turn ON any filter that you may want to associate to this site (This step is optional).
Registered sites will be activated by us within 24 hours and you will receive a notification.
You are now ready to start earning revenues on your site.
Can I modify the details of my site?
Yes. However, any changes that you make will require the site to be reviewed and activated by us.
It’s more than 24 hours since I registered my site and still my site is listed as inactive. Why?

My site has got activated but I do not see any ads being served on my site. What’s wrong?
Please ensure that you have implemented the code accurately. Please send a mail to publisher-support@inmobi.com for further assistance.
Appendix
- Basic Code Type – Is simple to implement, and InMobi gives you a very easy “copy and paste” option to embed this. This supports one ad per page. However, please note that you will have limited facility to share additional information with InMobi to improve ad relevance.
- Advanced Code Type – Is a more sophisticated code to implement, and follows a library-based approach to offer powerful features to you. It allows you to request multiple ads per page for lesser latency. The salient feature of this code type is the ability to share demographics/other custom information to improve ad relevance on your site.
- Site Category – Allows you to specify the classification that best describes your site. Advertisers target their ads on specific site categories.
