Shumel is also the founder of Appsumer and he joined InMobi's London office seven months back after the platform joined forces with the InMobi Group. Shumel shares that it is the mindset of the leadership at InMobi that pushes everybody to think outside the box and bring their own innovative ideas and point of view to the table. “Thinking without constraints allows us to come up with a lot more ideas that we may not otherwise,” he adds.
