Announce a host of features to benefit advertisers, with a particular focus on commerce advertisers to power d-commerce
Beijing, China – September 28, 2015 – InMobi, the world’s most powerful mobile advertising platform, and TalkingData, China’s leading mobile big data company, today announced a strategic partnership to create a private, mobile-first audience platform (PMAP) for commerce, performance and brand advertisers in China.
As a part of this partnership, InMobi and TalkingData will work exclusively on the jointly built audience segments for the next 24 months. TalkingData will provide data that will aid with precise targeting, relevant audience personas, sharp geo-context targeting and affinity targeting for campaigns on InMobi’s mobile ad network. InMobi will share the performance data from these campaigns with TalkingData to help them continuously improve segment features and definitions over the same period.
Through this partnership, more than 60,000 clients including mobile developers and mobile-first enterprises who work with TalkingData will be enabled access to and benefit from PMAP. With an eye on booming commerce advertising spends and a growing d-commerce (discovery commerce) opportunity, TalkingData will also be developing functionalities that enable a post-install attribution mechanism and re-targeting through unique parameters unavailable to other independent ad networks to help InMobi address the needs of commerce advertisers better. The two companies will also be exploring deeper opportunities to partner at deeper level product integrations to enhance real-time targeting and retargeting capabilities.
