InMobi adds a new VP of Global People Operations to focus on development of its growing global talent pool

InMobi, the largest independent mobile advertising network, today announces the appointment of Monisha Tambay as VP of Global People Operations. This is a newly created role at InMobi designed to develop a strategic approach to talent management at InMobi. The People Operations team will focus on fostering new talent at the company,and provide continued support and development for InMobi’s employees as the company continues to expand rapidly. Monisha’s previous experience includes senior roles at Hewitt Associates, Storage Tek, Genpact and Subex Limited. As an indication of her dedication to high achievement, immediately prior to taking the role at InMobi Monisha was recognised with two significant awards. She was awarded “The Women Super Achiever Award” at the Asia Pacific HRM Congress Awards in September, 2011 and “The Women at Work Leadership Award” at the Rasbic Awards during the World HRD Congress in February, 2012, for her work as Global Head and VP Human Resources at Subex.
